Applying for a Thailand eVisa is a convenient process that can save you time and effort compared to traditional visa application methods. Follow this quick guide to understand each stage of your application.

1. Access the eVisa Application Form

Open the Thailand eVisa application form to begin your eVisa application process.

2. Register Your Account 

Create an account using your general details, including your name, email ID, phone number, dates of arrival and departure, and nationality. Solve the displayed CAPTCHA and get registered instantly.

3. Complete the Main Application Form

After registering, you’ll be redirected to the main application form. Enter your details accurately, including your full name, date of birth, marital status, port of arrival, passport information, flight and accommodation details, and so on.

4. Add Applicants and Select Processing Speed

At this stage, you can add more applicants under the same application, which is completely optional. Once you add the applicant, you are required to enter complete and accurate details for each person you’re applying for. 

You can also choose from 3 processing options: standard, rush, and super rush, depending on how quickly you need your visa processed.

5. Save, Preview and Confirm your Application

Now, you can either save your progress and continue later or select “Submit and Preview” to review your details before proceeding.

6. Upload the Documents

At this stage, you must upload all the required documents for your Thailand eVisa, as listed on the screen. It may vary by nationality.

Note: Applicants must attach clear, legible scans of their documents.

7. Make Fee Payment

Once you successfully upload your documents, a payment screen will appear, highlighting your temporary order ID at the top. Here, your application details are displayed, including your arrival date, personal information, and a breakdown of visa costs, with the total amount to be paid.

Review the displayed details carefully, then pay the Thailand eVisa fee using your preferred payment method.

8. Application Submission

After completing payment, you will receive payment confirmation. Save it for your future reference. Your application will then be moved to the processing stage, and you’ll receive the updates about your application at the registered email ID and phone number you provided.
