To the Honorary Consulate, I am currently arranging for my daughter to study for a bachelor degree at Mae Fah Luang University in Thailand. Could you please let me have the application form to be filled in and let me know if the following documents below need to `be produced. 1. Passport (minimum 6 months validity) 2. Recent Photograph (last 6 months) 3. Completed Visa Application Form 4. Proof of Current Residence, if requested by the embassy. 5. Financial Proof - Bank Statement (last 3 months) 6. Official admission or acceptance letter from the recognised institution in Thailand 7. A letter from the institution confirming enrollment details, signed by an authorised official (with ID proof of the signer)
