Dear Sir or Madam, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to kindly request official confirmation regarding my upcoming travel to Thailand. I currently hold a valid Thai visa that was issued in my previous passport. Since then, I have renewed my passport and now hold a new passport with a different passport number. I would like to confirm whether it is permitted to enter Thailand by presenting both passports, namely: my old passport containing the valid Thai visa, and my new passport for identification purposes. I will be traveling with Turkish Airlines, and the airline has advised me that check-in and boarding decisions will follow the official regulations of the destination country. For this reason, a written confirmation from the Royal Thai Embassy / Consulate would be highly appreciated. I would be grateful if you could kindly confirm whether entering Thailand under these circumstances is allowed. Thank you very much for your time and assistance.
