Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Obaidullah Tariq, and I am an Afghan citizen currently enrolled in the Master of Arts in Human Rights and Sustainability program at the OSCE Academy in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. As part of our academic program, we are required to participate in a four-month academic mobility (exchange) program at one of our partner universities. I am particularly interested in applying for an exchange opportunity at Mahidol University in Bangkok, Thailand, one of our partner institutions. I am writing to kindly inquire whether it is possible for Afghan citizens currently residing and studying in Bishkek to apply for a Thai visa through your consulate.
