We negotiated and authorized them to arrange Ocean Freight of 1X20DV + 6X20DV containers for our company. They loaded the goods, released the first container on time and everything was correct. But for the second order 6X20DV containers, we have arranged all payments for those shipments but they do not release the containers for us. Containers arrived at Durres port on 16.05.2026 but we can not take them from the port because they still haven't confirmed the Telex Release of the Master Bill of Lading. We contact them daily by email but have not received a reply since last week. We also tried contacting them via WhatsApp, but they are not answering us. Awaiting your support in this matter!
