Good Morning, My name is Shelton Mudzingwa and l have been having trouble applying for the Vietnam evisa online. My brother applied for the visa more than a month ago but it hasn't been issued. The application register code is E241203ZWEAE14681687. He applied for the first e-visa in November and the application was never approved. We kept receiving an email telling me the following: "You are required to complete all the blanks in the application form (in details)." After submitting it a few more times we thought of making a fresh new application. However, for the second application l have also been receiving the same reply "You are required to complete all the blanks in the application form (in details)." My whole family already received their e-visa's, and since we are all scheduled to travel to Vietnam this Saturday the 14th, I was wondering if there is any way you can assist me with this application? I hope you can understand our concern, that my family has their visa's and are ready to travel whereas we are still having trouble with one application, so we're feeling quite anxious about the timing.
