Hello, dear Consular Section of Thailand in Ankara. The representative of the travel agency Dovletli Jahan writes to you in Turkmenistan. We ask you to consider and resolve this situation. Our tourists, a citizen of Turkmenistan, applied for a Thai visa on the 09 of February 2026. The visa is still pending. Tourists have already bought tickets and made hotel reservations for February 15, 2026. I ask you to assist in issuing a visa in an expedited manner. Dear Consular Officer, My wife and I applied online for Thai visas on 9 January. As of today, 23 days have passed, but we have not yet received any response regarding our applications. As our flight is scheduled for 5 February, we would kindly appreciate it if you could provide an update on the status of our visa applications or advise if any additional information or documents are required from our side. We would be grateful for your assistance and look forward to your feedback. All our tickets and reservations are paid in advance for that reason we don't have change or refund.
