Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to inquire about the process of opening a bank account in Thailand. Background: My wife is a Thai national. We travel to Thailand at least once a year to visit my in-laws. My stay in Thailand is usually short, less than 20 days. Questions: Which type of visa should I apply for in order to be eligible to open a Thai bank account? Am I able to open a bank account in Thailand under these circumstances?
